ARDEN DUNES
The Sculpture of Wind and Sand
Arden Dunes explores the relationship between natural landscapes and contemporary architecture, translating the sculptural beauty of desert dunes into a distinctive architectural identity.
The building’s flowing horizontal slabs extend, overlap, and transform across its volumes, echoing the layered formations of sand shaped by wind and time. Their continuous curves create a dynamic interplay of movement, depth, and shadow, allowing the architecture to emerge as a sculptural extension of the desert landscape.
Through the contrast of glass, bronze, and earthy tones, the project balances solidity with transparency, creating a refined contemporary destination where architecture, landscape, and urban life converge.
“Inspired by the timeless movement of the dunes, architecture becomes a sculpture shaped by wind, light, and layers.”
Concept: ARDEN DUNES
Where the sculptural language of the desert becomes a contemporary architectural experience.
The façade combines flowing horizontal slabs, sculptural canopies, and articulated vertical elements to create a dynamic architectural rhythm. Landscaped terraces, glazed surfaces, and elevated bridges add depth, transparency, and connectivity, translating the fluid forms of desert dunes into a contemporary architectural identity.
Explores
the relationship between architecture, urban life, and landscape through a layered composition of retail, hospitality, and administrative spaces. Defined by horizontal slabs, fluid transitions, and transparent façades, the design establishes a unified architectural language while prioritizing functional efficiency, pedestrian connectivity, and an integrated public realm
A connected public realm transforms circulation into an opportunity for interaction, discovery, and engagement.
As daylight fades, architecture transforms into an interplay of light, shadow, and form, revealing a new character of the development and a vibrant urban experience.
