The site acts as a gateway node to October Gardens, Designed to become a landmark. The project consist of 6 towers to offer hospitality, medical, adminstration and retail services.

Hospitality Area: consists of multiple mid-rise four towers volumes unified by a consistent glazed façade system. The buildings feature softened, rounded corners and slightly curved rooflines, reducing visual rigidity and creating a more dynamic skyline.
The recessed glazed core between the towers appears to be a shared vertical circulation spine, visual transparency axis that breaks the mass and reduces visual bulk.
The façade system is composed of a rhythmic grid of staggered glass panels with metalic framing, to create Abundant natural daylight and Panoramic views for guest rooms creating a high-end contemporary identity.
Admin & Medical Area: Consists of two towers connected together with digital screen and curtain walls. The buildings feature softened, rounded corners and slightly curved rooflines, reducing visual rigidity and creating a more dynamic skyline.
The podium terrace activates the public realm with outdoor seating and landscaping, while the upper floors maintain a sleek, modern expression.
The ground floor is activated by a continuous commercial podium that wraps the site edge. A horizontal canopy with integrated lighting emphasizes the base, establishing a strong datum line and pedestrian scale. This podium creates a clear separation between the transparent retail layer and the lighter, more vertical upper volumes.
