- Central Plaza : Acts as the focal point and Includes landscaped zones, seating, and central sculpture/fountain feature,
- Mall Zone: Includes flexible retail shops, fashion outlets, and service spaces.
- Restaurant & Café Zone: Offers indoor and outdoor seating with plaza views Functions as a specialized café hub and casual meeting point.
- Kids Area: Includes play zones, safe enclosures, and shaded seating for guardians near restaurants for family convenience.
- Bank Zones: Positioned at the top-right side near Entrance, Provides secure and accessible banking and financial services.
Terrace type + Double height type
The design feature curved, glazed façades that maximize transparency and natural light, giving the restaurants and cafés a sleek, modern identity. Elevated terraces and outdoor seating areas extend activity into the landscape, while the stepped plaza, greenery, and water features create a welcoming, pedestrian-friendly environment. The combination of clean white surfaces, rounded forms, and integrated landscaping establishes a vibrant, upscale destination that balances elegance with accessibility.
