In 2025, Nouvelti was invited by a prominent figure in the coffee shop world to design a new project with a contemporary flair—"Coffee Lab," a modern space exploring coffee culture from an experimental and creative perspective. The project aims to re-introduce the coffee experience within a new cultural context, combining global influences with the spirit of an innovative laboratory.
