Design concept : Using a white podium base to visually reduce the overall height of the six-level apartment block, creating a more grounded and human-scale perception helps the building feel more approachable at street level, while the upper mass remains more monumental.This base gradually varies in height, adding a gentle sense of movement and dynamism to the overall form.
The upper floors shift into a warmer beige/stone-like mass, articulated with deep vertical fins that create rhythm and height, while the podium/base in white, visually anchors the building and gives it a clean urban edge.
Layered balconies and clean geometric frames create a modern façade with a refined urban character.
Landscape Concept : Connection with nature through water, an artificial river at the core of the compound , a flowing spine that not only organizes the space but creates a sense of tranquility and place attachment. Every unit, from the apartments to the townhouses, is designed to overlook the river, with floating pathways mimicking the organic movement of natural waterways.
