Riverton villas
Riverton is a landmark mixed-use residential compound we've designed for Mercon Developments , now launched to the public! Located in the heart of New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement, just steps away from the AUC district, Riverton is more than just housing ; it’s a lifestyle destination.
The project consists of Residential apartments & townhouses, A strip mall & administrative complex. Additionally, hotel by Gewan Hotels & Resorts serving residents and guests. Finally, vast green zones & a waterfront experience. Design Concept: “connection with nature through water.”
We introduced an artificial river at the core of the compound , a flowing spine that not only organizes the space but creates a sense of tranquility and place attachment. Almost every unit, from the apartments to the townhouses, is designed to overlook the river, with floating pathways mimicking the organic movement of natural waterways.
We kept the architecture minimal yet deeply sensory, using slabs, greenery, water, and organic lines to foster emotional connection and an immersive living experience.
Tailoring experience, infusing Nuvelti.
